1. Definitions and Interpretation

Certain words and phrases used in this document have specific meanings, which are described below.

1.1 Platform

"t baja" or "Platform" refers to the website at https://t-baja.cam and its associated mobile applications (Android APK and iOS), as well as all products and services provided through t baja.

1.2 User

"User" or "Member" means any person who has registered at t baja or has visited the platform. A registered account holder is specifically referred to as a "Member".

1.3 Terms

"Terms" refers to this terms and conditions document, as well as the Privacy Policy and any supplementary guidelines published from time to time.

1.4 Bonus and Promotions

"Bonus" means additional funds or benefits announced by t baja with specific conditions attached. A bonus is not direct cash and cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services at t baja.

2.1 Age Requirement

To use any service at t baja, the user must be at least 21 years of age (21+). Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may operate only one t baja account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and no bonuses or winnings will be returned.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, the member must provide their real name, mobile number and other information accurately. A national identity card or equivalent identity document may be requested during account verification. t baja reserves the right to hold payment processing if the information does not match.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping the username and password secure is entirely the user's responsibility. Sharing login details with any unauthorised third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, support must be notified immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed when depositing and withdrawing funds at t baja.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The currently accepted payment methods at t baja are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

The user must use a payment account registered in their own name. Depositing or withdrawing using someone else's account is prohibited. Such transactions will be automatically cancelled.

3.4 Currency

All transactions at t baja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency is not accepted.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at t baja are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means the user has agreed to the associated terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳25,000, must be completed. The bonus is not direct cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, using bots or automated software to wager bonuses, or taking advantage of bonuses through any fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 Promotion Validity

Each promotional offer has a specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus cannot be claimed and any unused bonus balance will be removed. t baja reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in any game or betting activity at t baja.

5.1 Finality of Results

The outcome of each game is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process. Game results will not be changed unless there is a technical issue. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the matter will be reviewed and a decision made.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. t baja reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.3 Sports Betting

Odds and rules applicable to betting on cricket (including BPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports are available in detail on the betting page. Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

Using any bot, automation tool or third-party software to influence game results is strictly prohibited. Placing bets based on match-fixing information in cricket or football matches, or assisting in such activities, is illegal and will result in account closure.

6. VIP Program and Rewards

The t baja VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members are automatically promoted to a higher level through regular play.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses at set rates: up to 0.4% at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level and up to 1.2% at Gold level. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 as cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

Cashback and other VIP benefits apply only to losses incurred through fair play. t baja reserves the right to suspend VIP benefits in cases of manipulation or bonus abuse.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

t baja believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our members to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

7.1 Self-Control Features

Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account if they wish. Contact the support team for a temporary break (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Protection of Minors

Access to t baja by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If an account holder allows a minor to use their account, it will be treated as a breach of terms and the account will be closed.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Purpose of Data Use

Member data is used solely for account verification, payment processing, providing support services and fulfilling applicable legal obligations. Data is not used for sale to any third party.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

t baja may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

9.1 In Cases of Violation

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Providing false identity or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Use of bots or automated software
• No activity on the account for an extended period

9.2 Payment After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance earned from bonuses will be forfeited. However, if a legitimate deposit balance remains, the matter of returning it will be reviewed.

10. Limitation of Liability

t baja accepts no liability in respect of the following.

10.1 Technical Issues

t baja is not responsible for the outcome of any incomplete game or bet session resulting from internet disconnection, server downtime, third-party software errors or any other technical cause. The support team must be contacted to resolve such situations.

10.2 Third-Party Content

Games available on t baja are developed by third-party developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution). The relevant developer is responsible for any errors in the game software.

10.3 User Losses

The financial risk of gaming and betting activities lies entirely with the user. t baja is not liable for any financial losses arising from a user's gaming.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

A defined process is followed for resolving any complaints related to t baja's services.

11.1 Filing a Complaint

If a member has a complaint, they must first notify the support team via 24/7 live chat. If the matter is not resolved through live chat, they may write in detail by email. Support is available in both Bengali and English.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Timeframe

12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability

12.1 Right to Change

t baja reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Order of Enforceability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force. The Bengali version of these terms is the definitive version.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between t baja and the member.
